How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your SafeApp account from the Android app:
- Open SafeApp.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Verify your identity when requested.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@safeapp.live from your registered email address or include your registered phone number. Use "Account deletion request" as the subject.
Data deleted
- SafeApp account and profile information
- Authentication credentials linked to the account
- Profile photo and account settings
- Device tokens
- User-owned content and associated account data, where applicable
Data retention
Some information may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup recovery. Residual backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
Important
Deleting your SafeApp account is permanent and cannot be undone.
